Features BTRAV DRIVER

Driver Partner is you who register both online and offline, and agree in this Agreement to be a driver partner and/or delivery partner of BTRAV, to provide transportation and delivery servicesThis application functions as:- Communication and information media in receiving service orders from features owned by the transportation service user, including travel, charter, drop and delivery of goods/you- View the Route Schedule that you have- Mass notification media from the company- Submission of schedule change media- Media Top Up balance- Electronic Wallet Media for driversIn addition you must guarantee/promise that:1.
You have a valid Drivers License (SIM) and are permitted to operate a motor vehicle and have all appropriate permits, approvals and authorizations to provide transportation or delivery services to provide to third parties in the jurisdiction in which you use the Services;2.
You own, or have the legal right and authority to operate, the vehicle or car, (“Vehicle”) that you intend to use when receiving a Customer, and the Vehicle is in good operating condition and meets industry safety standards for Vehicles of its kind;3.
You understand and agree that when you agree to receive orders in the Application, all fees displayed on the Application are fees that you have agreed to offer to Consumers.4.
You shall be fully responsible for any and all claims, judgments and liabilities resulting from any accident, loss or damage including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, total loss and property damage caused or alleged as a result of the transportation service /delivery you provided;5.
You must comply with all local laws related to the operation of taxis/passenger delivery services and will be fully responsible for any violation of such local laws;6.
You will not contact Consumers for any purpose other than in connection with the Service;7.
You may not reverse search, trace, or seek to trace any information on other users or visitors of the Application, or other customers of BTRAV, including without limitation user accounts that you do not have, to the source, or exploit the Application or any services or information that provided or offered by or through the Application, in any way for the purpose of disclosing information, including but not limited to personally identifiable information, other than your own information, as determined by the Application;8.
You agree to be subject to randomized drug tests administered or performed by BTRAV, its agents or designees;9.
You are aware that when responding to Consumers, standard telecommunications charges may apply which are entirely borne by you;10.
If you are required to and do register for an account on behalf of your employer, your employer will be the owner of the account, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to the Agreement, and have obtained the prior consent of your employer.
For the avoidance of doubt, any reference to “you” in this Agreement also refers to your employer, the account holder;11.
You acknowledge and agree that BTRAV may suspend you temporarily/permanently when you are reported/complained/indicated of committing any acts of sexual harassment, and BTRAV has the right to conduct any examination/investigation on such reports/complaints;12.
You will not use the Service for sexual harassment or other crimes against morality.
